Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

StudiHelp is operated from Indonesia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use StudiHelp.

What StudiHelp does

StudiHelp turns text, photographs and PDFs into flashcards, and lets teachers share those flashcards with students through a link. Students can study without creating an account.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you're a teacher sharing material with students under 18, you are responsible for having whatever permission your school or their guardians require.

Your content

The material you upload or create stays yours. We don't claim ownership of your decks, cards or recordings.

You give us permission to store and process that material only so far as needed to run the service — for example, sending a photograph to a text-recognition service so cards can be generated from it.

You're responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Photographing a textbook you own for your own teaching is normally fine; redistributing a publisher's material commercially is not, and that's your responsibility rather than ours.

What you may not do

Free and paid plans

The free plan has limits on how many decks you can create and how many photo pages you can process each month. These limits are shown in the app and may change; we'll give notice before reducing what an existing paid plan includes.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our refund policy for how cancellation works.

Generated content

Cards are generated automatically and can contain mistakes — translations, pronunciation and grammar are not guaranteed to be correct. You review every card before it is saved, and you remain responsible for what you share with your students.

Availability

We aim to keep StudiHelp running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Ending your account

You can stop using StudiHelp at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will normally explain why unless we're prevented from doing so.

Liability

StudiHelp is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
